In case of breaching/infringement of the terms, Next Rankify reserves the right to end the order services without any prior notice.
Responsible for Alteration
For any changes to the website or the services provided by Next Rankify, the customer must notify our team within 3 days. Failure to comply with this instruction releases the company from any responsibility for modifying or redesigning the website.The project is subject to change if the client changes the initial requirements for any project. If the client cancels the order after placement, 50% amount of the total project is to be due as a cancellation fee on the client’s end.If the client does not act in order to obtain an EPP code or an authorization code to transfer or redeem a domain, the customer must pay half of the total domain and hosting fee as a transfer or redemption fee.If the customer does not renew their hosting plan, Next Rankify will store a data backup for up to 7 days from the expiry date. After this time, the data will be deleted, and the company will no longer store backup files on the server. We strongly recommend renewing your hosting within 7 days of expiration or keeping a separate copy of your data to avoid any inconvenience. Next Rankify takes no responsibility for the use of the expired domain once the backup/passwords are shared.
No Warranty
Next Rankify accepts no liability for any delays in requirements documents from the client’s end. In order to receive an efficient service, it is imperative that the customer cooperates closely with the company. If the customer does not provide the required information or respond within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled, and the amount paid will become void. It is advised to recheck & change the credentials right after receiving.Next Rankify shall not be liable for any website use with third-party hosts. Also, Next Rankify never guarantees to keep data backup in any circumstances.Estimated time for DNS propagation is 24-48 hours. In rare cases, it takes up to 72 hours. Next Rankify shall not be liable for propagation in rare cases.For any inquiry, the user can generate a ticket or contact us (ETA for customer support is 24-48 hours.)Next Rankify offers no warranty on website issues and services not paid for.We maintain the right to change these terms at any time and they will be presented in dollar rate.
Indemnity
Next Rankify reserves the right to report any misuse of the website to any government offices, including law. The users of Next Rankify consent to repay the activities that caused damage to them at a particular event.
